A guide on mastering the EvoScreen Display

Set up your oven and discover various cooking modes with ease. Learn how to easily navigate the EvoScreen to make the most of the features and functions of your Smeg oven.

Switching on the oven

The left knob is used to turn the appliance on and off. Turn the knob and wait for the screen to activate.

Setting the clock

You will be prompted to set the time upon first use of the oven. To start a cooking function, the time must be set.

Traditional cooking

These are conventional heating functions including fan forced, fan assisted, grill and more. Select the desired function by turning the left knob then use the right knob to adjust the temperature and duration.

Steam and combi-steam cooking

Use steam cooking techniques to help deliver fresh flavours and healthy meals. Select the desired function by turning the left knob and use the EvoScreen and right knob to modify the steam level, temperature and duration.

Special cooking functions
